Founder Hotaru’s passion is helping others feel more confident through permanent makeup and sharing her gifts. She continues to train with leading industry experts and uses her education and expertise to teach other artists. She has participated in several permanent makeup conferences and was a featured speaker at The World Wide Eyebrow Festival in 2019.
