Residents, Family and Friends please plan on joining the festivities to welcome back the Middletown Family Fun Festival.  We all missed seeing one another last year but the 49th annual festival promises to be grand.  The event will take place Friday, September 10, 6:00 – 9:30 PM and Saturday, September 11, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM.  Whether you like strolling Main Street and Wetherby Park exploring the vendors, trying out the gastronomical delights at the Food Court, relaxing and enjoying great music, reveling in the talents of our walk around entertainment, grabbing a good seat for the parade, watching the kiddos bounce and slide in all FREE Kidz Zone or “oohing and ahhing” over our Pyrotechnic Extravaganza there will absolutely be something for everyone!

Be sure to wear your red, white and blue on Saturday in honor of the 20th Anniversary of 911.  Join your community in celebration of being able to once again be outside and free to roam around enjoying fun-filled activities.  Caribou will headline Friday night, with Wax Factory playing after the parade on Saturday.  You will definitely want to catch the community church choirs (being coordinated by Middletown First Baptist and Middletown Methodist churches) present patriotic music at the Main Stage at 6:00 PM on Saturday night.  The Wulfe Brothers will be on the main stage after the choral presentation and then will move to the Gazebo for the fireworks.  There will be multiple musical acts at the Gazebo including Bluegrass Harmony and Jeff Rehmet on keyboard.

Put the dates on your calendar and plan on join in the celebration.  For Vendor Applications and an updated Schedule of Events check out:  www.middletownsfamilyfun.com
